Refund policy
Returns
Item(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Refunds will be given in the same form of paymente originally used for purchase if item is returned within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without tags will not be eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Costumers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s).
There are no returns in custom made merchandise unless merchandise is defective.
All return will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.
** Please Note ** All return need to be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as MijalEstee.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

EXCHANGES
Please email info@mijalestee.com within 14 days of receiving your item for exchange assistance. Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.
HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Any item purchased from 11/26/2019 to 12/25/2019 has until 1/15/2020 to return the item for refund or exchange as per the return/exchange guidelines above.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you do not see the color or size you are lookinf for online, each item can be special ordered and is offered in 14KT or 18KT rose, white or yellow gold. Special ordered items require some additional time for fullfilment which is up to 8 weeks. Please email info@mijalestee.com or all 858.922.7080 to place a special order.
